OAI is a community-driven series of Workshops which aim to engage with all stakeholders in the scholarly communications landscape. We are diverse and inclusive and expect the Workshops to be governed by a Code of Conduct for all those participating. This Code respects the freedom of all attendees to express their views in the context of the rights of all attendees to hold and express different views. The Code of Conduct which acts as a framework for the Workshop is the OpenCon Code of Conduct.

This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for participants within the OAI community, both online and at in-person events, as well as steps to reporting unacceptable behaviour. We are committed to working to provide a welcoming, safe, and inspiring community for all. Anyone who violates this Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the community.

If you experience or witness behaviour that violates the code of conduct at the OAI14 meeting, please submit a report to either Paul Ayris (email: p.ayris@ucl.ac.uk) or to Danny Kingsley (email: danny@dannykingsley.com). Paul is based in the UK and Danny in Australia. You can also send your report anonymously via this Web form.

OAI14 encourages exchange of ideas and community building. We look forward to a great OAI14 meeting on 10-14 November 2025. The Bluesky, LinkedIn and Mastodon hashtag for the event is #oai14. Please do feel free to include this tag in your tweets and short messages.
